Our approach to food is healthy while still being fun! Evoking heartwarming memories of gatherings with friends and family.
Combining the flavors from the regions of Southeast Asia, North Africa and Southern Spain we create bold dishes. We use only the freshest ingredients and offer a vast selection of vegan and vegetarian options without compromising on quality or flavor, and without using commercially processed plant-based foods. We also offer a great selection of meat and seafood to complement these items.
Mark Dundon, Philadelphia born and raised, has worked over 30 years in the Philly circuit for mom & pop diners and pizzerias as a kid, to some of the finest restaurants and caterers throughout the city as an adult. His passion for food and flavors from around the world however, stems from passions developed from his upbringing since childhood. His mother introduced him to cultures and flavors of the world as far back as he can remember.
Beth Parker spent over 30 years in the catering business in Philadelphia and Manhattan. She started with Frog Commissary then moved to Peter Callahan. Her work with PCC saw them grow from humble beginnings to a world-renowned caterer. She travelled all over the US and the globe catering to the rich and famous. Her food has appeared in local and national publications and TV shows as well as 2
cookbooks.
Chef Mark Dundon (owner) is Philadelphia born and raised. Mark has worked all over the city. His love and passion for food grew from his Mom introducing him to Persian and Greek cuisines, as well as flavors from around the globe.
